However, if you can't attend the full series, there is plenty to learn from taking one or more workshops on an individual basis.
This 4 Part Training Series is created to give a deeper understanding of methods to develop the qualities of mobility, strength, and stability.
The series starts with presenting some of the physiological aspects related to training these qualities. It then proceeds to give you tools to better assess your needs and to intelligently customize your training to make it more time efficient and effective.
